Malabon gov't announces traffic scheme for State of the City Address

The Malabon City government announced temporary road closures and traffic rerouting that will take effect on Wednesday, July 29, in connection with Mayor Jeannie Sandoval’s 2026 State of the City Address.
According to the Malabon Public Information Office, the traffic scheme will begin at 7 a.m.
Vehicles heading toward C4 may turn right at Leoño Street, while motorists will be barred from turning left at the corner of Rizal Avenue and Manapat Street.
Motorists coming from Manapat Street and bound for Malabon City Hall or the Malabon Public Market are advised to turn right at Rizal Avenue, left at General Luna Street, and left again at Sacristia Street.
Those coming from Tonsuya and heading to City Hall or the public market should turn right at General Luna Street and then left at Sacristia Street.
The city government urged motorists to plan their trips, follow the rerouting scheme, and cooperate with traffic enforcers to ensure the safe and orderly flow of vehicles.
