Team Falcons Philippines kept the dream alive for the Filipinos after taking down Team Falcons MENA, 2-0, to clinch a spot in the playoffs in the 2026 Mid-Season Cup at the Esports World Cup on Sunday, July 26, in Paris, France.

Over at the other playoff brackets, Team Vamos from Malaysia and Team Spirit from CIS will collide while Aurora Turkiye, coached by Filipino mentor Neil “Midnight” De Guzman, will face off against Onic Indonesia spearheaded by Filipino carries Kairi “Kairi” Rayosdelsol and Duane “Kelra” Pillas.
