Man gunned down in Vigan

VIGAN CITY, Ilocos Sur – A 39-year-old man from Bantay, Ilocos Sur, was gunned down by motorcycle-riding gunmen here on Sunday, July 26.
Police said the victim was riding a tricycle with a companion in Barangay VI (Pagpandayan) when he was shot in the head.
The suspects fled and the victim was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead.
Police are conducting manhunt operations and follow-up investigation.
