CEBU CITY – Police arrested a fisherman allegedly involved in the illegal manufacture and selling of dynamite in Bohol province.
The 43-year-old suspect, Donald Rabanos, was apprehended in an entrapment operation in Barangay Hingotanan East, Bien Unido town, on Friday, June 12.

The seized explosives were valued at P8,400.
