RIZAL COMMERCIAL BANKING CORPORATION (RCBC) announced that it will hold its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) virtually on June 29, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. via the official meeting platform at https://www.rcbc.com/ASM2026.

The Bank said stockholders may access the Notice of Meeting, Agenda, and the Rationale/Explanation for Agenda Items by scanning the QR code provided in the official notice or by visiting https://www.rcbc.com/asm2026-materials.

Stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 29, 2026, are entitled to participate in the virtual meeting. Participation may be done through remote communication, by proxy, or through voting in absentia.

RCBC added that only stockholders and duly authorized proxies who complete the required email registration process will be granted access to the virtual ASM platform.
