IV of Spades is set to wrap up its nationwide Andalucia Tour with a major concert in Cebu City on July 18, marking both the tour’s finale and a milestone show for a soon-to-open venue.
The Cebu leg will be staged at the SM Seaside Cebu Arena, where the band will perform as the second act to take the stage at the new arena.
The concert underscores the continuing push to expand major live entertainment events beyond Metro Manila, with Cebu positioned as a key destination for large-scale shows.
IV of Spades, composed of Unique Salonga, Zild Benitez, Blaster Silonga, and Badjao de Castro, recently reunited after a years-long hiatus. Known for blending alternative rock, funk, pop, and soul, the band has built a strong following through hits such as "Mundo," "Ilaw Sa Daan," and "Come Inside of My Heart." Their live performances, noted for tight arrangements and high energy, have further cemented their popularity.
The Andalucia Tour included stops in Baguio, Zamboanga, Davao, Laguna, and Cagayan de Oro, following the band’s two-night, sold-out concert at the Mall of Asia Arena, a key milestone that demonstrated their draw as a headline act.
The tour is mounted by Karpos Multimedia, which continues to produce large-scale concerts nationwide, including upcoming shows by Pixies and HONNE in Manila.
As the final stop, the Cebu concert is expected to serve as both the culmination of the band’s nationwide run and a defining event for the SM Seaside Cebu Arena.
