Plastic wastes dot Pangasinan beach

Plastic wastes were found scattered on the shoreline of Sabangan Beach in Binmaley, Pangasinan on Sunday.
A concerned citizen, Dulce, reported their presence online and raised concern over their possible impact on the coastal environment and marine ecosystem.
Dulce emphasized the importance of collective responsibility in protecting marine resources, especially in coastal towns that rely on fishing and tourism.
The community and local government were urged to conduct coastal cleanup efforts and strengthen awareness on proper waste segregation and disposal.
