Kapuso star Lexi Gonzales has defended former boyfriend, actor Gil Cuerva, who was tagged in the alleged video scandal recently.

In a series of posts on Threads, Lexi expressed disgust at people "who flock to other people's dirty laundry."

When a netizen commented that it was a good decision for her to part ways with Gil, Lexi answered, "Regardless of what happened between us, people shouldn't be trying to ruin a person's integrity by spreading malicious and illegal content about them. Mahiya naman kayo. You guys should have some dignity and respect."

Lexi added, "Kadiri kayo. Repulsive. You wouldn't know what that means kasi nothing disgusts you.

"Spreading false information and manipulated content of someone is punishable by law.

"Disgusting how some people are like flies who flock to other people's dirty laundry. You guys are absolute scum of the earth," she also said.
