Malaysian yields over P112 M worth of shabu at NAIA

A Malaysian national was arrested after he allegedly tried to smuggle around 16.5 kilos of shabu into the country through the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on Saturday, Feb. 28. 
Agents of the Bureau of Customs at the NAIA said the Malaysian came from Kuala Lumpur and was carrying shabu worth ₱112 million in his luggage.
The illegal drugs was detected during the X-ray scanning of the luggage at the NAIA Terminal 1.
