Malabon LGU announces C4 Road closure for Filipino–Chinese Cultural Festival

The Malabon City government on Tuesday, Feb. 24, announced the temporary closure of C4 Road (westbound) up to the corner of Orchid Street in Barangay Longos.

According to the city’s Public Information Office, the closure will take effect from 9 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 26, until 11 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27.

The traffic adjustment is in line with the staging of the 3rd Filipino–Chinese Cultural Festival, which will be held in the area.

To ease traffic flow, the local government said the eastbound lane of C4 Road will be temporarily converted into a two-way scheme through a zipper lane setup during the event.

Motorists are advised to expect possible traffic congestion, allow extra travel time, and strictly follow rerouting signs and the instructions of traffic personnel on site.

The city government appealed for the public’s cooperation and understanding as it implements the temporary traffic measures.
