An urban farming morning At BGC Community Farm
Growing for a cause
This February, the BGC Community Farm blooms with purpose as Urban Farmers PH and Assumption College San Lorenzo Makati HS Batch 2002 host “Family Mornings with Urban Farming.” This special fundraising event invites families to connect with nature while supporting the Assumption Mission Schools throughout the Philippines.
On Sunday, Feb. 22, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., attendees will enjoy a hands-on morning dedicated to green living. Participants will learn about living soil, immerse themselves in the basics of planting, and take home their very own tiny plant to continue their gardening journey at home.
Beyond the fun of farming, every ticket contributes directly to the education of students in underserved communities, and Urban Farmers PH’s mission of growing farms in every urban city to raise awareness for food security and sustainability. It is a morning designed for those who want to grow an edible garden and a better future at the same time.
Registration Details: Spaces are limited for this special morning of growth and giving. Adults and Kids are welcome. Interested parties can register online at www.bit.ly/ac2002 or scan the QR code featured on the official event posters.
