PDEA: 2 Indian nationals nabbed in P233.2-M Laguna cocaine bust

Government anti-narcotics authorities seized on Saturday, Feb. 21, around P233.2 million worth of cocaine following the arrest of two Indian businessmen during a buy-bust operation in Calamba City, Laguna, the Philippine Drug Enforcement (PDEA) stated.
Indian nationals “FiveSix’’ and “Ali’’ were collared at around 2:30 a.m. in Villa de Calamba, Barangay La Mesa where two kilos of suspected cocaine concealed in a brown paper bag, which was the subject of the sale together with another 42 kilograms of suspected cocaine were placed in an open carton box were discovered.
Aside from cocaine, authorities also seized the buy-bust money, a brown paper bag where buy-bust money was placed and a smartphone and passports.
