Police in Muntinlupa arrested a 48-year-old resident after he allegedly threatened a man and discharged a firearm inside a housing project on on Wednesday night.
Police said the incident happened at about 10 p.m. on Feb. 19 in Phase 2 of the Southville Housing Project 3 in Barangay Poblacion.
The suspect, identified only by his alias Ranny, reportedly confronted a 59-year-old man who was drinking with his friend "Baddong."
According to the complainant, the suspect pointed a firearm at him while demanding to see "Baddong," then fired two shots. No one was injured.
Responding police recovered an improvised firearm and seven rounds of live ammunition from the suspect.
