Filipino-Chinese community fetes 5 outstanding citizens of Baguio

BAGUIO CITY – Five individuals were honored by the Baguio Filipino-Chinese community for their outstanding contributions to the government and community here.
Honorees were Arturo A. Flores, Joseph B. Zambrano,
Johan U. Teope, Jacky Lim, and Betty Fangasan.
They were awarded during the Dinner Reception Awards Night of the 28th annual Spring Festival 2026
on Wednesday, Feb. 18.
The event at the Hotel Supreme Mall and Events Center was attended by Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Jing Quan.
Executive Committee member businessman Peter Ng said through public service, community work, business, and social development, the awardees became strong partners of the Filipino-Chinese community and helped shaped a more inclusive, active, and compassionate city.
