Jobs search platform shows AboitizPower's broad career appeal to students

Aboitiz Power Corporation (AboitizPower) ranked 31st overall in the “Top 100 Graduate Employers” for 2026 in the Philippines by Prosple, a careers and education technology company.
In terms of individual career path, AboitizPower was popular among students interested in creative, mechanical and mechatronic engineering (4th out of 31); performing and visual arts (4th out of 56); communication and public relations (5th out of 25); design and user experience (6th out of 63); cybersecurity (8th out of 38); data science and analytics (11th out of 84); and sales and business development (11th out of 100).
Overall rankings by Prosple are based on a mix of student survey results and graduate reviews, as well as information on salaries and work hours. For its 2026 ranking, it surveyed more than 2,000 students and factored in job application data from its website.
On reputation ranking based on student surveys alone, AboitizPower placed 19th out of 100 employers, with notable results in HR and recruitment (4th); cybersecurity (11th); sales and business development (14th); accounting and advisory (16th); and business, commerce and management (16th).
“It is gratifying to see AboitizPower’s appeal across so many fields — from creative arts and communication to mechanical engineering and data science,” said AboitizPower Chief Human Resources Officer Monette Lasala. “It reflects both the breadth of opportunities in the energy sector and how we help build the future workforce that will power a better energy future.”
Of 58 companies, AboitizPower also ranked well in areas that matter to students, including management (11th), career progression (12th), culture (12th), office environment (12th), recruitment process (13th), training & development (14th), meaningful work (15th), sustainability (18th), diversity and inclusion (23rd), and social responsibility (33rd).

Previously, AboitizPower was also Prosple’s “Top Employer for Fresh Graduates in the Energy and Utilities Sector for 2025.”
