Motorists from Kalaw, Maria Orosa, and Mabini streets intending to access Roxas Boulevard are advised to use Taft Avenue as an alternate route.
Vehicles from Bonifacio Drive may turn around at Anda Circle, while those from Binondo and Intramuros may use A. Soriano Avenue westbound.
Motorists intending to use Jones Bridge from Plaza Cervantes may take the Escolta underpass or pass through San Vicente Street toward MacArthur Bridge.
Meanwhile, heavy vehicles and trailer trucks coming from the south via Osmeña Highway are advised to turn right at Quirino Avenue, while trucks from Mel Lopez Boulevard (R-10) heading to Roxas Boulevard must use the designated truck route via Capulong Street, Yuseco Street, and Lacson Avenue.
Authorities urged motorists to plan their trips ahead of time, expect heavy traffic near affected areas, and follow traffic personnel on the ground to avoid inconvenience.
