In its advisory, the road closure will be implemented on Feb. 19 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on Feb. 20, 21, and 23.
Motorists are advised of the temporary road closure and rerouting scheme to be enforced along P. Diego Cera Avenue, from Iglesia ni Cristo to C5 Extension.
The advisory stated that motorists heading toward Baclaran and Kabihasnan are advised to take Tramo Road as an alternate route, while those bound for Zapote and Pulanglupa may pass through San Francisco Road.
The temporary road closure is in support of the 51st International Bamboo Organ Festival, which is being held at the historic Bamboo Organ of Las Piñas located at St. Joseph Parish Church.
Organizers apologized for any inconvenience the road closures may cause and asked for the public’s understanding and cooperation as the city celebrates its treasured cultural and musical heritage through the annual festival.
The International Bamboo Organ Festival is one of the country’s premier cultural events, highlighting the world-renowned bamboo organ and showcasing local and international musical talents.
