Marcos tags education transformation in PH as his admin's 'gauge of success'
Education transformation in the country is what President Marcos hopes to achieve in the last three years of his term, labeling it as his administration's basis of success.

Stressing that the Philippines' greatest resource is its people, Marcos said it was only right that they are equipped with quality education and proper training.
He bared that if there is one thing his administration sees as a defining aspect of his leadership, it would be education development.
"For me, that is the most important part of all this development that we are doing. Never mind the physical development, that’s also important. But the most important is the human development," he said in a recent episode of his podcast on Friday, Aug. 8.
"And that’s why education is for me the – will be the gauge of success of this administration," he added.
The President expressed optimism that achieving this goal is doable in the remaining years of his term.
By 2028, Marcos said every Filipino family should have a college graduate or someone who graduated from the Technological Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
"Bawat pamilyang Pilipino. Yun para sa akin. ‘Pag nagawa natin ito, successful yun (Every Filipino family. For me, if we achieve that, that’s success)," he said.
"I think it is doable," he further said.
Marcos pointed out that if the training and the education of Filipinos are not good, they won’t be able to compete in the labor market.
"Kaya ang puno’t dulo talaga nila education (That’s why the root of it all is really education) Our greatest resource is our people. Our greatest resource is the human capital of the Philippines," Marcos stressed.
"You don’t have to look at figures. Just talk to foreigners where the [Filipinos] are in their country and what they think of Filipinos? And how highly they think of Filipinos?' he added. "That’s all you need to hear. And what are we doing? We should not waste that. We should not waste that."
