The Las Piñas City Tourism and Cultural Office (LPTCO) is promoting a church for nature lovers, a quiet place with fresh air surroundings and unique architectural design.
The Mary Immaculate Parish is known to residents as Nature Church located along Apollo III, Moonwalk Village, Talon 5, Las Pinas City.
LPTCO head, Paul Ahljay San Miguel, said, that just like the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Saint Joseph, commonly known as Bamboo Organ Church, mostly visited by foreign and local tourists, they can also enjoy the beauty of the Nature Church that was built in 1986 by National Artist, Francisco Manosa.
He said the airy church was designed and made of wood, driftwood, anahaw, and other natural and recycled materials, local and foreign tourists may enjoy the church surroundings especially those that are nature lovers.
The LPTCO chief added that even though the church was razed by fire in 2007, the church was still able to preserve its natural design and also became popular for those who wish to pray, meditate, and reflect near nature.
