Dolly de Leon and Jon Jon Briones to join 'Avatar: The Last Airbender'

After her appearance in the series "Nine Perfect Strangers", she is set to appear in the upcoming season of "Avatar: The Last Airbender" playing the role of twins Lo and Li.
The news was announced via Instagram, noting she will be joined by another Filipino-American actor, Jon Jon Briones, who will portray the role of Piandao in season 3 of the show.
The twins Lo and Li serve as the twin advisers of Fire Nation's Princess Azula. Meanwhile, Piandao is a Fire Nation bladesmith and swordmaster.
Also joining the series are Dichen Lachman as Yangchen, Terry Chen as Jeong Jeong, Lily Gao as Ursa, Tantoo Cardinal as Hama, and Madison Hu as Fei.
The two will join Gordon Cormier, a Canadian actor who plays the series' main character, Aang. Cormier's mother is from Santa Rosa, Laguna, and is Filipino.
While the third season of "Avatar: The Last Air Bender" has already begun production, the second season's filming was just completed.
The hit series follows the story of four nations that once lived in harmony, with the Avatar, master of all four elements, keeping peace between them.
But everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked and wiped out the Air Nomads, in an effort to conquer the world.
