How to join:
  • Spend a minimum of P500 on Stanley Hand Tools at participating hardware stores.
  • Fill out your raffle stub completely.
  • Drop it in the designated entry box at the store.
Hurry! Entries must be submitted by Aug. 31, 2025.
The exciting raffle draw happens on Sept. 12, 2025, at the Black and Decker head office in Mandaluyong City, supervised by a DTI representative.
Winners will be notified through registered mail, email, and SMS.
More details you should know:
  • Grand prize winners will receive a travel certificate handled by a third-party agency, covering flights and hotel accommodations.
  • Travel certificates are valid for six months (international) and one year (domestic)—so you can plan your dream vacation on your schedule!
  • For winners outside Metro Manila, Black and Decker Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. will shoulder freight costs to deliver your prizes to the nearest partner store.
To claim your prize, simply present your winning raffle stub and a valid government-issued ID within 60 days of notification. (Prizes unclaimed after 60 days will be forfeited with DTI approval.)
