Instagram now allows bulk deletion of comments

By Rizal Obanil Instagram is now giving its users the power to delete negative comments about their posts in bulk. In an article for Mashable Southeast Asia, Daniel Martinus wrote that in a recent blogpost, IG announced that they will be rolling out new features on negative comments, unwarranted interaction, and cyberbullying. With the new features, having to deal with deleting many negative comments will no longer be as taxing. For iOs, one simply needs to tap on a comment, tap the dotted icon on the top right corner, select “Manage Comments” and choose the comments you want to delete. One can choose as many as 25 comments to delete. For Android, users can tap “More Options” to block or restrict accounts. Mashable SEA reported that with Android, though, you have to press and hold on a comment and then tap block or restrict.
