Incumbent Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan voted on Monday morning at Legarda Elementary School in Sampaloc, Manila.
Lacuna-Pangan, who is seeking a second term under Lakas-CMD and the local political party Asenso Manileño, arrived at the polling station around 9 a.m., accompanied by members of her team.
In a brief message, Lacuna emphasized the importance of every Manileño’s participation.
