10 yield ecstasy, other illegal drugs in Imus buy-bust

CAVITE – Authorities collared 10 drug suspects and seized various types of illegal drugs in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Palico I, Imus City, on Sunday, Aug. 30.

Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 4A said the joint sting operation was conducted by PDEA Cavite Provincial Office, PDEA Laguna Provincial Office, and Cavite Maritime Police Station.
Confiscated during the operation were 106 capsules suspected to be ecstasy, with an estimated street value of P180,200.
Aside from the capsules, the suspects also yielded suspected kush worth P7,500, suspected ketamine worth P5,000, and suspected liquid ecstasy worth P4,200.
Authorities also seized various drug paraphernalia, three smartphones, and buy-bust money.
The ten suspects are facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
