It was a banner night for Landco Pacific Corporation (LPC) after bagging multiple trophies at the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards held at Shangri-La The Fort on August 20, 2026. The developer secured five key accolades for its resort-inspired, eco-conscious portfolio, further cementing its status as an industry leader in luxury living.
LPC garnered a triple victory in three major developer categories and was named Best Luxury Developer, Best Lifestyle Boutique Developer, and Best Sustainable Residential Developer for its world-class leisure communities and eco-conscious masterplans. These accolades reflect LPC’s achievements in the development and management of integrated lifestyle estates that combine real estate development and hospitality in delivering curated destinations across the country.

The awards night’s spotlight also centred on The Spinnaker, recognized as Best Condo Development for Luzon and, more significantly, Best Condo Development on the national level, placing the beachfront condominium tower as one of the country's top residential projects.
Rising along the coastline of San Juan, Batangas, The Spinnaker is the towering landmark located in the 24-hectare Club Laiya, a fully integrated beachfront lifestyle estate. With 22 floors, 247 rooms, and hotel-like amenities, the medium-sized condominium is an architectural gem for its design feature of a billowing sail caught in a full breeze.

Situated in a master-planned, self-sustaining estate, The Spinnaker offers high-end coastal living while being productive with professional pursuits.
