Vlogger, live-in partner fall in Negros drug bust

Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 25, a vlogger and his live-in partner during a buy-bust operation in Bacolod City. 
In a statement, the PDEA said content creator Joselito Peruelo and companion Christian Tolentino were collared at around 3 p.m. following the operation in Purok Magtiayon, Barangay 10.
Following information from tipsters, the PDEA-Negros Island Region operatives pounced on the couple immediately after an undercover agent signalled that the deal was consummated.
During the search, the PDEA agents seized around 50 grams of suspected shabu worth more than P340,000 from the seemingly shocked couple.
The suspects are now in PDEA custody and will face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
