First impressions matter, and in property development, the look and feel of a space can offer an early glimpse of the lifestyle it promises. From architecture to interiors, thoughtful design shapes how visitors experience a development even before they enter the community itself. This year, Federal Land NRE Global, Inc. (FNG) took the spotlight in both the Best Sales Gallery Architectural Design and Best Sales Gallery Interior Design categories.
FNG earned both awards, with the Riverpark Gateway District Showroom taking Best Sales Gallery Architectural Design and The Observatory Sales Pavilion winning Best Sales Gallery Interior Design. The Riverpark showroom features clean forms, warm materials, and a transparent facade, while The Observatory combines timber elements and expansive glazing with Japanese-inspired interiors.
In accepting the Riverpark award, the FNG team described the showroom as “the first glimpse of the community we're building in Cavite,” adding that the recognition affirmed its role in telling the community’s story through design. The team also said the award renewed its commitment to bringing Japan-inspired living further to Cavite.
For The Observatory Sales Pavilion, the team shared that since its launch in October 2025, the project has aimed to help visitors “see and feel the kind of life they will be stepping into.” The recognition was also dedicated to its partners, consultants, and the teams behind its Filipino-Japanese approach to design.

These ideas extend into the communities represented by the two sales galleries. At Riverpark in General Trias, Cavite, Yume at Riverpark brings together walkable streets, open spaces, and everyday conveniences within the wider master-planned estate, with access to employment, education, commerce, and major infrastructure.
Meanwhile, The Observatory in Mandaluyong brings residential, retail, commercial, and lifestyle spaces together within a 4.5-hectare mixed-use community. Designed by Filipino and Japanese experts, it features flexible living spaces, shared amenities, and pedestrian-friendly areas, with its first residential tower, Sora, adding co-working, wellness, leisure, and community spaces.
The awards highlight Federal Land NRE Global’s strong focus on design, recognizing how carefully planned spaces can shape the way a property is introduced and experienced. The wins for both Riverpark and The Observatory reinforce the value of design in creating a more engaging and considered property experience.
