Man with tape wrapped around his head found dead in Laguna

SAN PEDRO CITY, Laguna- The remains of an unidentified man, who was wrapped in a red cloth and with tape bounding his head, hands and feet, were found on Zion Street along Fr Masi, Barangay San Antonio, here on Tuesday morning, Aug. 25.
The police report said that the victim was wearing black short pants and a brown shirt, with suspected wounds and lying in a pool of blood at about 6:10 a.m.
The body was reported by Larry Hermogenes Ligero, a member of the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team, after a concerned citizen, while jogging at the said place, saw the victim lying on the ground.
Police investigated the victim’s identity and secured the crime scene.
