BAGUIO CITY --The Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), together with the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), conducted the first Aggressive Behavior and Safety Response Drill at Baguio City National High School on Tuesday, August 25.
Mayor Benjamin Magalong joined the drill to observe the conduct of the activity and assess the preparedness and coordinated response of the participating agencies.
Magalong said, the drill aims to enhance the preparedness and response capabilities of school personnel, law enforcement, and other concerned agencies in effectively managing incidents involving aggressive behavior, ensuring the safety and protection of students, teachers, and school personnel and enhancing inter-agency coordination during emergencies.
Following the successful conduct of the drill, the city plans to conduct similar Aggressive Behavior and Safety Response Drills in other schools across the city
The activity was conducted in coordination with the Department of Education(DepEd)–Baguio, City Health Services Office, private psychologists, City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
