Buboy Villar reconciles with ex-partner Angillyn Gorens

It looks like love is sweeter the second time around for Buboy Villar and Angillyn Gorens.

After making headlines prior following their breakup, Villar revealed that they are now back in each other's arms.

"Alam n’yo po, after po nu’ng nangyari po na ‘yun, pinagdasal ko na lang po talaga lahat. Sinurrender ko na po kay Lord ang mga bagay-bagay and kakadasal ko, kakakulit ko po, Tito Boy, merong isang araw, nasa taping po ako, nagkausap po kami, kausap ko ‘yung anak ko, si Vlance, and then biglang out of nowhere, kinuha niya lang ‘yung phone tapos gusto niya akong makausap," Buboy said during an appearance on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda."

According to Buboy, patching things up with Angillyn gave him a sense of relief. However, he also learned something important from what happened: that not everything can be forced to happen exactly when we want it to.

"May mga bagay na gusto natin kaagad mangyari, pero may mga bagay na kailangan i-surrender mo rin. Hindi natin alam kung kailan siya mangyari. The perfect time and the perfect moment na nangyari po sa akin, nasa kotse lang po ako, Tito Boy, magkausap kami,” Buboy shared.

Putting aside their issues for the sake of their kids, Buboy maintained they are now both more open and mature particularly when it comes to their kids.

"Kumbaga mas naiintindihan na niya ‘yung eksena ko, ‘yung mga ganap ko sa buhay. Hindi na niya ako masyado nakukuwestyon,” Buboy added.

He continued, "Blessing for us, Tito Boy, kasi mas bumukas kaming dalawa, mas inintindi na lang namin ‘yung mga bata kaysa sa aming mga buhay-buhay."
