Charlie Dizon may have known early on that Carlo Aquino was someone she could build a life with, but what seems to have sealed that feeling was the way he treats her.

In a recent interview on “Oh My Gan!”, Dizon opened up about what she loves most about her husband.

“'Yung pagiging maalaga niya talaga. 'Yun 'yung the best,” Dizon said.

Aquino’s caring nature is not limited to their relationship, said Dizon.

“Mahilig siya sa gawaing-bahay, in fairness. Parang houseman siya talaga… Feeling ko nga mas maalaga siya kaysa sa akin,” she said.

She also described him as a good provider and someone who knows how to take care of his family.

Another thing Dizon values is the understanding they share, which she described as something that goes beyond simply talking things out.

“Yung lagi din niya sinasabi na parang nasa soul level 'yung pagkakaintindihan. Iba 'yun eh. Kahit 'di kayo magsalita, alam mo yung feelings ng isa’t isa,” she said.

That connection was apparently strong enough for Dizon to already imagine a future with Aquino when their relationship was still new.

“Nung bago pa lang kami sa relationship naman, nasa isip ko na siya e... na alam ko na na makakatuluyan ko ’to,” she recalled.

“Kahit gaano kahirap, alam ko makakatuluyan ko ’to. May ganung feeling,” she added.

The couple is now open to having children.

“Kasama 'yun sa plans,” Dizon said, adding that she believes the timing will ultimately be decided by God.

“Sana kahit mga two or three, ganun, kung kaya pa. Pero kahit mga two, okay na yun,” she said.

Aquino already has a daughter, Enola Mithi, with his former partner, model Trina Candaza.
