The prestigious awards night rolled out this year's honorees in the Philippine real estate industry

In celebration of excellence, innovation, and leadership in the property sector, the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards honored the industry’s achievements of 16 organizations, setting the benchmark in 45 categories. The gala night was held at the Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, on August 20, 2026.
This year’s awards, under the theme “Defined by Excellence,” were presented across residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use property segments, as well as in architecture, interior design, sustainability, and social impact. These categories highlight how developers are responding to a wide range of market and community needs. The inclusion of projects and companies from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao reflects the geographic representation and continued diversification of the property sector.
In her speech, Cyndy Tan Jarabata, chairperson of the independent judging panel and president of Tajara Leisure and Hospitality Group Inc., said, “This awards program has come to embody the evolution of our industry. Tonight, I see not just finalists; I see a collective of friends and industry peers building Filipino dreams and communities amid real adversity. This past year has not been easy. And yet, here we are. Our developers kept building for the Filipino people, finding ways to adapt, innovate, and deliver.”
Cebu Landmaster's Inc. claimed numerous titles, including Best Developer, Best Developer (Visayas), Best Developer (Mindanao), and Best Housing Developer.

Aboitiz Economic Estates, together with Aboitiz Land, was named Best Developer (Luzon) and Best Industrial Estate Developer for its TARI Estate. The Best Industrial Developer title also went to Aboitiz Economic Estates, which provided spaces, facilities, and jobs for the industrial and logistics sector.
Landco Pacific was recognized as Best Luxury Developer, reflecting its achievement in offering an exceptional property with quality, prime location, and exclusivity. The Best Condo Development (Philippines) award was presented to Landco Pacific for its Spinnaker Tower, which exemplifies elevated condominium living through accessibility, connectivity, and community. The developer also bagged the Best Sustainable Residential Developer award.
One of the highlights of the night was the announcement of the individual honors, recognizing the industry leaders of the Philippine property sector.
President and CEO Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso of Megaworld Corporation was conferred the Real Estate Personality of the Year award in recognition of her significant contribution to the real estate industry.
Leisure and Business Development Director Monica D. Lorenzo of Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation was announced as the Rising Star for her growing influence and achievements in the property sector.
Property mogul Jorge L. Araneta of the Araneta Group was presented with the Life Achievement Award for his visionary leadership that helped shape the industry's landscape.
“These awards have also evolved over the years to recognise innovation, design excellence, sustainability, and wellness development. And the developers are not only judged on what they do and what they build, but also on how and why they build it. And that's very important because they have a purpose when they build their properties. And Philippine developers have shown this purpose, taking it beyond the Philippines into our regional and international awards,” said Jules Kay, general manager of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events.
This coming December 2026, the nation’s honor roll will represent the Philippines on the international stage, competing head-to-head with regional peers at the prestigious PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok, Thailand
