TCL unveils C7L and new entertainment lineup

Published Aug 17, 2026 04:42 pm
TCL has officially unveiled its latest innovation—the TCL C7L, powered by the next-generation SQD Mini LED platform. Designed to deliver a more immersive and elevated viewing experience, the new TV takes center stage in TCL’s growing lineup of entertainment technologies.
But rather than simply putting its latest TV on display, TCL turned the launch into a night of games, challenges, music, and entertainment at Nokal in Makati Central Square.
Dubbed “The Mastermind of Experiences,” the exclusive launch brought together media guests, influencers and content creators for an evening that showed how TCL is expanding beyond the traditional TV screen and creating technology for the way people watch, play, and celebrate.
Guests explored TCL’s latest innovations through interactive zones before putting their own knowledge to the test in a fast-paced game night designed to bring the brand’s entertainment expertise to life.
More Than a TV Launch
The event served as the launchpad not just for the TCL C7L, but also for a broader lineup of upcoming innovations spanning gaming and audio—including the TCL G64 and G54 gaming monitors and the new TCL TP300K and TP200K Party Speakers.
“We designed the C7L Game Night to showcase how TCL continues to be the mastermind of entertainment experiences. Beyond the technology and specifications, we wanted our guests to experience the C7L through gaming, entertainment, and meaningful moments. It was about bringing the product to life and showing how TCL creates experiences that people can truly enjoy,” said TCL Brand Manager Joseph Cernitchez.
“While the TCL C7L with SQD Mini LED shows how display technology can elevate home viewing, we are also expanding our vision. With the TCL G64 and G54 gaming monitors, we bring our display expertise to gamers, while the new TCL TP300K and TP200K Party Speakers open a new chapter in audio—ready to power every celebration.”
Step Into the TCL Zone Experience
Nokal was transformed into an interactive playground where guests could discover TCL’s latest technologies through three distinct experience zones.
At the TCL C7L TV Zone, guests got a closer look at how SQD Mini LED technology enhances the viewing experience, offering a glimpse into how TCL is pushing the boundaries of home entertainment.
The Gaming Monitor Zone put the TCL G54 equipped with Precise Dimming Series, 144Hz Native Refresh Rate and 450nits Peak Brightness in the spotlight. Designed to go beyond gaming, the versatile Mini LED display demonstrates how one screen can seamlessly move from intense gameplay to entertainment and everyday productivity.
Meanwhile, the Party Speaker Zone introduced guests to TCL’s expanding audio lineup, featuring the new TP200K equipped with 220W Maximum Audio Power, five (5) Dynamic Light Show Presets and 12 Hours Playtime and the powerful TP300K Party Speakers with 340W Maximum Audio Power, eight (8) Dynamic Light Show Presets and 18 Hours Playtime Built to “Power Your Celebration,” the speaker brought TCL’s entertainment experience beyond the screen and into the heart of every gathering.
Masterminds at Play
The night’s main attraction was The Mastermind Game, an interactive trivia challenge that put the knowledge and quick thinking of seven teams of media guests and KOLs to the test.
The fast-paced competition covered a mix of TCL technology, pop culture, current events, and trending topics, giving teams plenty of opportunities to prove who had the sharpest minds in the room.
The main trivia challenge was complemented by a series of quick-fire mini-games, including screen-based game identification, music challenges, and trending TikTok dance routines. Guests competed for special TCL prizes, keeping the room engaged and the friendly rivalry going throughout the evening.
It was a fitting centerpiece for a launch built around the idea of the “Mastermind”—because at TCL, entertainment is not just about what appears on the screen, but about everything that happens around it.
From Screens to Sound
After the final challenge, the competition gave way to celebration as the venue transformed into an after-party powered by TCL’s new party speakers.
With the music turned up and the dance floor open, guests traded their game strategies for dance moves, putting TCL’s latest audio innovations to the test as the celebration continued into the night.
For TCL, the launch offered a glimpse into a broader entertainment ecosystem—one that brings together immersive home viewing, high-performance gaming, and powerful sound.
“From screen to sound, TCL is expanding how people connect with their favorite content and experiences,” said TCL Deputy Marketing Director Shae Yu Xiaoling.
“Whether it’s the immersive viewing experience of our C7L SQD Mini LED TV, the high-performance display of our G64 and G54 gaming monitors, or the party-fueling audio of our TP300K and TP200K speakers, TCL offers something for every lifestyle. At the end of the day, we want everyone to find the technology that speaks directly to how they watch, play, and celebrate.”
With The Mastermind of Experiences, TCL showed that its latest innovations are not meant to simply be seen—they are designed to be experienced.
