Stray Kids' 'This & That' debuts at No. 1 on Billboard 200
Stray Kids has scored another No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with its latest album, “This & That.”
Released on Aug. 7, the album topped the chart dated Aug. 22, giving the K-pop boy band its ninth consecutive No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
The feat extends Stray Kids’ record for the most No. 1 albums on the chart among groups since 2000.
“‘This & That’ has reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200, marking our 9th consecutive No. 1 album!! We’re so grateful to STAY for making this moment happen. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts,” the group said.
According to Luminate, “This & That” moved 369,000 equivalent album units in the US during the week ending Aug. 13. Traditional album sales accounted for 357,000 of those units, making it the group’s biggest sales week to date.
The album is also performing strongly in South Korea.
“This & That” topped Hanteo Chart’s weekly album rankings for two consecutive weeks, recording a combined 3.29 million copies in sales.
It sold 1,895,617 copies from Aug. 3 to 9 before adding another 1,399,648 copies the following week, from Aug. 10 to 16.
