Muntinlupa police serve arrest warrants vs 2 men for illegal drugs, acts of lasciviousness
Muntinlupa police served warrants of arrest against two men in Candelaria, Quezon, and Barangay Alabang for cases of illegal drugs and acts of lasciviousness on Aug. 14.
In Barangay Malabanan Sur in Quezon Province, personnel from the Muntinlupa police’s Ayala Alabang Sub-Station served the warrant for service of sentence against the convicted man, identified as alias Gie, 46, a resident of Muntinlupa and classified as the a top most wanted person.
The serving of the warrant was done inside the Candelaria police station’s custodial facility where the man was currently detained.
The warrant of arrest for service of sentence was issued by Presiding Judge Antonieta Pablo Medina of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 276 under a case for violation of Section 11 (possession of dangerous drugs) of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
In Barangay Alabang, Muntinlupa, the police arrested a man identified as alias Romeo, 47, based on a warrant of arrest for a case of acts of lasciviousness.
Personnel from the Muntinlupa police’s Sub-station 5 issued the warrant against him in Purok 13, Sitio Pag-asa Precast.
The suspect was the Muntinlupa police’s No. 5 top most wanted person for August.
The warrant with a recommended bail of P180,000 was issued on Aug. 11 by Presiding Judge Wehrley Gutierrez-Mendez of the Muntinlupa Family Court Branch 8. He is detained at the police station’s custodial facility.
Brig. Gen. Glenn Oliver Cinco, Southern Police District director, lauded the Muntinlupa police teams for the operations.
