PRO3 ranks No. 1 nationwide in June police performance evaluation
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) emerged as the top-performing police regional office nationwide in the June 2026 Monthly Unit Performance Evaluation Rating, according to the PNP.
Among the country’s 18 police regional offices, PRO3 placed No. 1, based on its performance in key areas including police operations, administration, community relations and organizational management.
PRO3 Regional Director PBGen. Jess B. Mendez attributed the recognition to the discipline, teamwork and dedication of police personnel across Central Luzon.
BGEN Mendez said the achievement should not be treated merely as a ranking but as a responsibility for the regional police office to maintained its performance and improve its services to communities.
His gratitude to PRO3 personnel, local government units, partner agencies, stakeholders and residents for their cooperation in maintaining peace and order in the region.
The recognition comes as PRO3 continues to implement the PNP’s programs on law enforcement, community partnerships and public service under the leadership of PNP chief PGen. Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr.
