P3.4-M shabu seized in Imus buy-bust

CAVITE – Authorities confiscated P3.4 million worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Buhay na Tubig, Imus City on Thursday, Aug. 13.

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region (PDEA) Region 4A  said two suspects were arrested during the sting operation conducted by the PDEA Cavite Provincial Office, with the assistance of the Cavite Maritime Police Station.
The suspects were identified as alias Ryan, 33, and alias Mark, 35.
Seized during the operation were five heat-sealed packets containing a total of 500 grams of white crystalline substance.

Among the pieces of non-drug evidence confiscated were a smartphone and a multi-purpose vehicle.
The suspects are now in custody and are facing drug charges.
