Lopez Holdings Corporation Announces Schedule for 2026 Annual Stockholders' Meeting

Lopez Holdings Corporation announced that it will hold its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) virtually on September 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. via the official meeting platform at https://conveneagm.com/ph/lpzasm2026

Pursuant to the SEC Notice dated 11 March 2026, an electronic copy of the Information Statement and Management Report, SEC Form 17-A and other pertinent documents, including the minutes of the previous stockholders' meeting, should be available on the Corporation’s website www.lopez-holdings.ph and uploaded to the PSE’s EDGE disclosure system.

Stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 29, 2026, are entitled to participate in the virtual meeting. Participation may be done through remote communication, by proxy, or through voting in absentia.

The proceedings of the annual stockholders’ meeting will be recorded in audio and video format.
