Ribshack opens first flagship store in Malolos

Homegrown grill house marks its 61st branch with a café concept in Tikay

Ribshack has opened its first flagship store on McArthur Highway in Tikay, Malolos, Bulacan, marking the homegrown grill house's 61st branch nationwide. The new location opened July 25 and features an in-store café by Primaroma, offering specialty coffee and desserts alongside Ribshack's grilled dishes.
Open daily from 6 a.m. to midnight, the restaurant serves Ribshack staples including pork spareribs, pork back ribs, pork barbecue and Bacolod chicken inasal, all with unlimited rice. Primaroma's offerings include coffee beverages, blended drinks, cheesecakes, cookies and other desserts.

The Malolos branch features Japandi-inspired interiors with industrial accents. The space is designed for families, friends and other diners, with large windows, wood finishes and a dedicated café corner.
Founded in 2012, Ribshack started as a single kiosk and has since grown into a nationwide fast-casual grill chain focused on affordable grilled dishes.

“Great experiences today are gated by price, by geography, and by class. Ribshack exists to remove those gates,” said Ana May Alagao Melendez, chief financial officer of Ribshack Food Group.
John Paul Ore of Ribshack Food Group said the brand plans to continue expanding while maintaining its focus on affordable food and welcoming dining spaces.

The new flagship is Ribshack's latest step in its expansion across the country, bringing its grilled offerings and café concept to diners in Malolos.
