The Muntinlupa City government and the Department of Social Welfare and Development–National Capital Region (DSWD-NCR) have signed a data-sharing agreement to hasten and improve the delivery of services to beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).
Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon and Michael Joseph Lorico, regional director of the DSWD Field Office NCR, formalized the agreement.
Currently, 4,297 households across eight barangays in Muntinlupa are enrolled in 4Ps, which provides financial assistance to poor families.
The agreement aims to enhance case management and speed up the identification of beneficiaries’ needs.
These include additional support for health and nutrition, appropriate assistance in education, livelihood assessments for potential training beneficiaries, and immediate emergency response.
Through the data-sharing initiative, programs and services can be better targeted and focused on families most in need.
