Another player went down at the Ynares Center Antipolo as Titan Ultra guard Bryan Sajonia suffered what appeared to be a non-contact knee injury early in the third quarter against San Miguel on Wednesday, Aug. 12.

Sajonia drove hard on the fastbreak against Marcio Lassiter but his left knee suddenly buckled and caused him to fall down.

The rookie guard clutched on to his knee and stayed on the floor for quite some time before he was stretchered off the venue.

Sajonia’s injury came less than 24 hours after NLEX import Dequan Jones went down with lower leg fracture on the same side of the Ynares court.

He exited the game with four points, two rebounds and four assists.

The 26-year-old player is also the second player to go down for Titan Ultra during a game after Mark Omega also suffered a bad fall in their last game.

The Giant Risers, who were also missing Joshua Munzon, eventually lost the game, 143-113.
