Megawide Construction Corp. reported that its property arm, PH1 World Developers Inc. (PH1), generated ₱3.15 billion in booked sales in the first six months of 2026, more than double the ₱1.38 billion recorded in the same period last year.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the firm stated that its One Lancaster Park, My Enso Lofts, and Lykke developments were the top drivers, accounting for over 63 percent of total sales during the period.

The strong first-half performance also lifted unbooked revenues to ₱11.0 billion as of end-June 2026. These revenues will be recognized in future periods, bolstering performance in the second half of 2026 and beyond.

“The strong take-up of our recently launched projects reinforces our view that end-user demand outside key business centers remains buoyant and resilient. As we roll out our expanded 4PH pipeline—starting with our maiden offering, Avesta Residences in Imus, Cavite—we are confident in sustaining an even stronger performance over the long term,” said PH1 President Gigi Alcantara.

PH1 recently topped off Tower 1 of the five-tower Avesta Residences project, which is slated for completion by October—approximately 12 months after construction began.

The development employs Megawide Construction’s engineering expertise alongside its precast and construction solutions technology, delivering speed, consistency, and first-world quality.

Other expanded 4PH projects set to launch within the year are located in Caloocan and additional sites in Cavite, including Imus and Dasmariñas.

These developments form part of PH1’s initial portfolio of 25,000 expanded 4PH housing units across Luzon, which the company aims to deliver over the next two to three years. (James A. Loyola)
