Andrea Brillantes open to bolder roles: 'Game naman ako'

Andrea Brillantes may have just given her male fans another reason to keep their eyes on her next project.
The 23-year-old actress is not ruling out taking on even more daring roles in the near future, saying she is game for just about anything if the script is good enough.
“Game naman po ako, any talaga, basta maganda ang script,” she told media ahead of TV5's recent midyear trade launch.
But hold your horses.
That does not mean that Brillantes is willing to bare it all for the camera.
She stressed, Meron naman po akong boundaries, na kapag feeling ko hindi ko kaya, hindi ko gagawin.”
Still, when asked if she could see herself showing more skin for a role, Brillantes left just enough room for speculation.
“Hindi naman siguro… pero, baka mamaya baka balikan itong interview na ito, so… Pero as of the moment, hindi,” she said with a laugh.
In other words, never say never.
For her male fans, that may be enough to keep the imagination going.
Still, the question remains: Will her boyfriend, Franchesko “Pankie” Juan Capistrano, approve?
Brillantes said Pankie has never tried to dictate what she can or cannot do professionally and remains supportive of her career.
“Wala talaga! Very supportive naman siya. At saka, malaki naman ang tiwala niya sa akin,” she said.
“Na-meet kasi niya ako na heto na ako, tinanggap niya ako, na ito ang trabaho ko,” she added.
So, could fans eventually see an even more daring Andrea Brillantes on screen?
For now, she is saying no. But judging from her answers, the possibility is not completely off the table.
And that could only be a good thing.
