The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) turned over one Patient Transport Vehicle (PTV) to the City Government of Pasig under its Medical Transport Vehicle Donation Program during a ceremony held at the PCSO Conservatory Building on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
Leading the turnover ceremony were PCSO General Manager Melquiades A. Robles together with Board Directors Jennifer Liongson-Guevara and Janet De Leon Mercado, who formally handed over the vehicle to Pasig City Vice Mayor Robert Vincent Jude ‘’Dodot” Jaworski, Jr.
The donated vehicle is intended to provide safe and timely emergency and non- emergency medical transportation services to Pasig City’s constituents.
Vice Mayor Jaworski thanked President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., the PCSO Board of Directors, and the agency for granting Pasig City a patient transport vehicle, saying the additional PTV will greatly assist our local government’s emergency response and safer patient transfers.
The turnover reflects the PCSO’s enduring mission of bringing government assistance closer to the people through responsive, meaningful, and life-changing healthcare initiatives.
