MANDALUYONG CITY — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) turned over 1,000 food packs and 50 wheelchairs to the Nanay Party-list under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program during a ceremonial turnover held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the PCSO Main Office.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades A. Robles led the turnover ceremony, while Florabel Yatco received the donation on behalf of the Nanay Party-list. She expressed the organization's gratitude for the assistance, noting that the donated wheelchairs will provide the intended recipients with greater mobilty, independence, and dignity in their daily lives.
The assistance aims to provide immediate relief to families in need. The food packs will help ease the burden of economically disadvantaged households, while the wheelchairs will support persons with disabilities (PWDs), senior citizens, and other individuals requiring mobility assistance.
The donation forms part of the agency's continuing CSR initiatives, which provide essential assistance to local government units, organizations, and institutions serving underserved communities nationwide.
