Megawide Construction Corp.’s real estate arm, PH1 World Developers, has completed the structural framework for the first tower of Avesta Residences in Imus, Cavite—its pioneering project under the government’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.
“For both PH1 World Developers and Megawide Construction, topping off less than 10 months after starting construction sends a clear message: we can deliver using our engineering expertise and precast technology. We have a long way to go, but it is always good to start on the right foot,” said Megawide Chairman Edgar Saavedra.
Avesta Residences serves as PH1 World Developers’ flagship development under the Expanded 4PH Program, a national housing initiative designed to address the country’s housing backlog through public-private partnership.
This milestone follows the Mega-Unit Draw for Tower 1 beneficiaries held at the New Imus City Hall in December 2025 and marks steady progress from planning to on-site execution, bringing future homeowners closer to turning over their units.
“Our projects would not come to fruition without the support and collaboration of our valued stakeholders and government partners. We warmly welcome this type of public-private cooperation as we push forward with more 4PH developments,” said PH1 President Gigi Alcantara.
Following Avesta Residences, PH1 World Developers expanded its 4PH portfolio with projects in Dasmariñas and Bacoor, Cavite, as well as Caloocan, supporting national efforts to expand access to quality, affordable housing. (James A. Loyola)
