President Marcos has declared Aug. 29 a special non-working day in the Fourth Legislative District of Cavite to enable registered voters to participate in the special election to fill a vacant seat in the House of Representatives.
Marcos made the declaration through Proclamation No. 1369 dated July 29.
The special non-working day covers the Fourth Legislative District of Cavite, comprising Dasmariñas City, where the special election will be held following the expulsion of the district's incumbent representative.
