Mika Salamanca's surprise Vietnam trip for Will Ashley leaves fans swooning

Mika Salamanca and Will Ashley’s recent adventure is making huge buzz on social media.

Mika came up with the idea, a surprise 24-hour Vietnam getaway, and carefully kept the destination a secret, leaving Will completely unaware of their plans until they reached the airport.

In her latest YouTube vlog, Mika revealed that she only told Will they were going on a “horror adventure” and reminded him to prepare his passport.

The mystery continued until their airport trip, when Will finally discovered that they were headed to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The actor was surprised by the unexpected journey but shared that he actually enjoys spontaneous trips and welcomed the experience.

"Actually gusto ko yung ganito na biglaan, happy ako, sadyang nagulat lang talaga ako," Will said.

The surprise getaway quickly caught the attention of fans online, who enjoyed seeing the pair’s candid moments during their Vietnam adventure.

After arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, Mika and Will kicked off their quick getaway with a traditional Vietnamese breakfast of pho, a popular noodle soup dish.

The pair continued exploring the city despite admitting they were feeling a little sleepy after their meal.

“Ito na yung kalaban natin, guys, yung antok. Masarap lang talaga yung food and parang na-food coma kami,” Mika shared.

Aside from trying pho, Mika and Will visited Ho Chi Minh’s famous Cafe Apartment, where they went café-hopping and sampled different drinks and treats. They also spent time shopping before ending their day at a lively night market.

Mika and Will previously became housemates on “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 1.0.” Mika and her partner Brent Manalo emerged as the season’s winners, while Will and his partner Ralph De Leon finished as runners-up.

The two have recently been delighting fans with their song covers and sweet photos together, fueling excitement among supporters.
