Carabao gores farmer to death

BACOLOD CITY – A 38-year-old farmer died after he was attacked by his carabao in Barangay Quiwi, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental on Thursday, July 30.
Police identified the victim as Ronald.
Investigation disclosed that his live-in partner was fetching water when she heard someone screaming and calling for help.
She found the victim lying on the ground and injured and being attacked by the seven-year-old male carabao.
Neighbors helped pacify the carabao used by the victim in farming.
The victim was declared dead in a hospital, police said.
