CAMP COL. RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – One-hundred seventy-six police personnel in the Caraga region were promoted in a ceremony at the Police Regional Office-13 (PRO-13) headquarters here on Wednesday, July 30.
PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Marcial Mariano Magistrado IV administered their oath of office and led the donning and pinning of ranks.
Magistrado congratulated and reminded them that every promotion is a recognition of dedication, competence, and faithful service to the organization.
He added that every advancement in rank carries greater responsibility, accountability, and commitment to the mission of the Philippine National Police and encouraged them to continue upholding the highest standards of integrity, discipline, professionalism, and excellence in public service.
“To our promoted personnel, always remember that promotion is not the finish line but the beginning of greater expectations. I encourage each of you to wear your new rank with purpose. Let your promotion not only elevate your position but also elevate your commitment to ethical leadership and genuine public service,” Magistrado said.
The event reaffirms the Philippine National Police’s commitment to recognizing merit, rewarding exemplary performance, and developing leaders who exemplify integrity, professionalism, and selfless service.
